  Thanks, Darlene. Does Spain celebrate Thanksgiving Day? I agree, we don’t need a special day to be thankful since there are things to be thankful for every day.

    Spain doesn´t celebrate Thanksgiving but I went around saying Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. The were surprised as they only knew about the American Thanksgiving in November. Believe it or not, they have Black Friday here at the malls!! (just an excuse for a sale and they don´t go too crazy about it)

    Apparently we use any excuse for a sale here in Canada, too. The whole Lower Mainland has gone ‘Black Friday sales’ crazy this year. It seems even bigger than Boxing day!

Happy Thanksgiving to you! We celebrate in late November in the States, so our turkey is still a month away.

  Welcome here, Stephanie, and thanks for your Thanksgiving greeting. I think one of the joys of having friends on both sides of the border is that we get to celebrate with everyone and thus experience two Thanksgivings. 🙂
