So much promise in the rainbow and the quiet splendor. Beautiful image.
Susan, would you believe I’ve never noticed that rainbow?! I don’t know how I missed it. What originally appealled to me in the shot was the rays of sunshine pouring in from the corner. You truly do “see” and discover with an artist’s eye! Thank you!
Is that a bench? Oh, I want to see there under that rainbow sun flare.
(I meant to say I wanted to sit there–but “see” works, too.)
Yes, Sandy, it’s a bench. It’s at the edge of the wooded area behind our place, overlooking the marsh. And as I mentioned to Susan, I took the photo because of the sunlight that poured from the one side and spilled over a place that’s special to me. I’ve used the photo in a post once before, but had never noticed the rainbow!
I love the photo and the verse. Praising Him is a good thing… forever and ever.
Amazing beauty.
Thanks for this peaceful picture. Much needed after a tough week.
Thanks, Joanne and Darlene. I hope you find peace and opportunities to praise in your weekend pursuits.
I can see a beautiful illustrated book of inspirational verse along with these stunning photos.
But I’m not writing specifically for the inspirational market. Besides, I just ‘point and click’, Joylene. When something turns out well, it’s a God thing so I can’t really take much credit. 🙂
wow… the splendor… his power is so wonderful…praise him.
I’ve always loved that passage and David’s words. So beautiful! Praise Him!
So beautiful! (I missed the rainbow, too.)
It looks to me like God is showing Himself in His lovely light.
Thank you, Sharon, Christina, Deidra and Nancy, for the blessing of your words.
Lovely, lovely photo, Careann! Such beauty, such splendor!
Lovely. Thank you!
