“Every intricacy of twig…”

.

There is nothing in the world more beautiful than the forest clothed to its very
hollows in snow.  It is the still ecstasy of nature, wherein every spray, every
blade of grass, every spire of reed, every intricacy of twig, is clad with radiance.

[William Sharp]

The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof;
the world, and all that dwells therein.
[Psalm 24:1]

  1. So beautiful. I’ve been following along with all your posts since I arrived in NB. The wonderment of winter is one of my favourites. There is something so peaceful about crisp snow and grass peeking out. It’s still there beneath the cover of winter.

  2. Perfect pairing of verse and image – I love the sugar-coating winter breathes on the dreary January landscape!

I'd love to hear from you!
