I know I said I wasn’t complaining. But today our 34o temperature made us the hot spot in Canada, breaking an all time record for the date. Last year June came in as the coldest in fifty years. This year it has come in hotter than has ever been recorded in the seventy years of record keeping. So, yes, I’m complaining about the heat and I think I’m justified, don’t you?

MUSINGS 
I’m staying inside today, myself. I’ve got all the blinds closed, and once the sun starts dropping in the west, I’m turning on the woodstove fan. We really had a long, hard winter, so I’m trying hard not to complain. Four more months and winter’s back.
But I sympathize, Careann. Keep cool.
We hit 34 yesterday. I think global hotting is to blame.
I don’t want to wish summer away, but I’m definitely looking forward to the promise of a cooler weekend.
